TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRICE PLANS: 

I hereby certify that the information provided is true and correct and Conference*Meet has my permission to use this information for credit checking purposes. If credit is extended to me, I agree to pay my invoices promptly within the terms stated on the invoice.  I agree to pay the invoice in its entirety, including all taxes and fees associated.  If I default in meeting these conditions, I understand that Conference*Meet can place my account on a credit hold status, which means my company cannot use any more Conference*Meet services until payments are made to restore my account. I am responsible for all usage of my pin codes, therefore I will keep the codes confidential to prevent any unauthorized usage on my account. Conference*Meet reserves the right to change conference numbers if necessary for operational purposes. 

I agree to pay all taxes and fees associated with the invoices.  Accounts are pro-rated if signed up after the 15th of month for ½ price.  If I wish to cancel my flat rate account for the next month, I will notify, in writing, Conference*Meet prior to the 25th of the month or will be automatically charged for the next month. I acknowledge that all billing & conferencing services are provided by A+ Conferencing. If I do suspect any unauthorized usage, I will report it to Customer Service immediately at 800-434-3188.

FLAT RATE PRICING:
All flat rate products are pre-paid in full and due before the upcoming billing cycle.  I agree to pay for all minutes used in excess of the allotted plan minutes selected.  I understand that all ‘additional minutes’ will be billed at the per minute rate of .05. I understand that under this plan, I cannot downsize my plan once it is in place for the current billing cycle. If I need to downsize my plan, I will contact Conference*Meet in writing prior to my monthly billing date. If I wish to cancel my flat rate account for the next billing cycle, I will inform Conference*Meet in writing at least one week prior to the monthly billing date or I understand I will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellation requests may be emailed to info@conferencemeet.com. Refunds are not issued if the cancellation is not received in writing prior to the 25th.
