There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or set-up fees.You pay only for the minutes you actually use with no monthly minimum.
How long will it take to get my account set-up?
It will take less than 30 minutes to issue your phone conferencing information during normal business hours, otherwise it will be issued on the next business day.
Can I choose my own passcode?
Yes, depending on how often you use it.
Do I need to reserve a time for my call?
No, your account is available 24x7, day or night; however Operator assisted calls are only available at a scheduled time.
Does an operator need to call my participants to join the call?
No, everyone just simply dials in on the number you furnished them.
Can participants outside the U.S. join my call?
Yes, however they will have to call on a toll number as they are not able to access toll free numbers outside the United Sates.
